HAS ANYONE EVER TRIED INFRARED TREATMENTS ON THE BACK FOR Osteoporosis
I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis many years ago and have endured significant back pain limiting exercise and activity, until recently. I still have discomfort but it is manageable and there seems to be something of a "coincidence" of improvement along with a consistent 5 day-a-week regimen of Infrared treatments for the last 12-18 months. I have two panels that I hang on the door for convenience. So, I just can't measure if this improvement is a direct result of this activity. I know, not exactly scientific. Having prostate cancer in my review mirror over the last 3 years, and elevating to full blown Diabetes (now on Metformin & Jardiance) and high cholesterol to boot, I can only hope that the Infrared is achieving positive results. Anybody else trying this method of treatment? Thanks, Lance

What have your dexa scores been. Is that where you have experienced improvement?

2 ReactionsHmmm. Not very sophisticated on this so it seems. Don't even know about Dexa Scores, what and how to get them. Naive'. Also, don't really know if I can actually overdue infrared. So far, so good. Thanks for your insights. rlm
