Dear Sfkak if you EVER find out anything that helps PLEASE share. I am like you I have been through all the test PT etc without improvement or improvement that lasted more than a month. It’s so disheartening and PT is totally exhausting for me by the end of an hour I feel like I’ve run a marathon.
My heart goes out to you and I hope you find peace

Me Too. I have ringing ears too. It's annoying but I actually hear better than most???
