I do 2 sets of 10 kegals, holding each kegal 10 seconds.
Then I just do 2 sets of kegals holding 1 second. Do 50 of these 1 second ones in each of 2 sets.

Might look around for small digital scale, would be nice to see progress. Not sure I would want to measure the one throughout the day as sometimes I let them get pretty soaked, depends on what I am doing or where I plan on going. It's not the cost, just haven't seen any.
I put 3.2 oz water in measuring cup, really looked like a lot. As much As I pee at night with strong stream (4times) and no drinking after 730pm, seem a lot, but I think it was worse, just never measured.

Not sure you saw the messages I posted about doing Keagles. A person at one of the meetings I was in said he did 100 of them every day. Two other people in the meeting had been with physical therapist do that specialize in incontinence. They were told by the physical therapist that doing that many kagles was not a good idea since it weakened the muscles since they became tired after doing it so many times. Quality over quantity is better.

Check with a physical therapist, Maybe they have different opinions.
