Yes, there is one in Palm Springs and also L.A., but that is a 2 hour one way drive for me. When you have to do each day for a number of days, it makes it impossible to take advantage of this treatment. I have several friends out of state that have used it and were very satisfied. Maybe one day SD will get this technology!
