I have diabetic peripheral neuropathy in my feet and I have been wearing socks 24 hours per day year round for a long time. In addition to keeping my feet warm they minimize the pins and needles sensations. If I take them off the pins and needles become very bothersome. I will continue wearing them 24x7 for as long as they continue to provide this relief. After a while you’ll get used to wearing them to bed. This is an easy and cost less solution. If it helps you, do it!

@oldbubba hello- I have PN for many years ... what type of socks that will help reduce PN on my feet ? I can not be barefoot as it brings more pain.
