@vic83 That's an impressive program. Have you completed your time in rehab, or are you still going through it? We would love to know if the program offered you some real help.

@ckscoville I went for five sessions of pulmonary rehab. I think it is valuable for people to 1) Learn to exercise and how hard to push themselves 2) Monitor oxygen and heart rate in real life circumstances - they have higher quality oximeters to get more accurate readings. That said 1) I was disappointed in the place I went to because it was small, equipment crowded also meaning one is too close to others who may be sick 2) I was shocked that they started me when there was no respiratory therapist that day 3) There was no progress report and they recorded very little. I have no idea if they sent something to my doctor. That is why I created my own report to track things.
I stopped going both because I saw no further value and also I started to have pain symptoms following radiation treatment (painful to take deep breath) and doctor suspected fractured rib...
