Need recommendations for leg wraps or other products

Continually looking for solutions to this very discouraging problem.
I tried most of the brands of compression hose. The most effective have been the 30-40mg Medi-Plus. My foot and ankle still swell by the end of the day, but at least I can get my shoes on in the morning. I massage my lower extremity by hand rather than a machine.

In the morning I sometimes use an ankle sleeve from sports company CEP to jump-start the day, if I can get it on. It is 20-30mg.

I went through a PT at Kaiser and tried a custom compression garment that zipped up. It did little to keep swelling out of lower extremity. I don’t know if they measured me incorrectly or what, but it was $100 down the drain (my cost after $400 covered by Medicare).

I’m considering wraps like from CircAid. It looks very uncomfortable, especially in summer. The PT says it should be worn with a stocking underneath. Does anyone hav experience with these wraps? Recommendations for a brand?

I have lymphedema in both legs.
My lymphedema physical therapist suggested Bioflex compressed pantyhose that you can purchase on Amazon. It is the best for me!! It comes in toeless and also in a capri style.

I have my legs wrapped every day. I have ace bandages on both my legs. They can be as tight or as loose as you care to wrap them.

I am currently waiting on my order for these wraps so I can't tell you anything yet. It's the wraps with a liner. I'll update once I get them. I have the pneumatic pump. My only problem with them is that it really causes my RLS to go crazy and consequently very little sleep.
