Underwent CMC arthroplasty with mini tightrope procedure in January 2026. Took oxycodone for 2 days postop, then switched to acetaminophen. Wore hard cast for 6 weeks. Then started occupational therapy which I did twice a week for 12 weeks. Pinch strength nearly back to normal. No pain. Successful surgery with no regrets.
