I forgot to tell you that it is caused by bacteria growing on your bladder wall

I meant the tissue looking particles. I had the same kind of tissue coming out when I urinated and I told my urologist and he did a cystoscopy and saw the tissue like particles attached to a section of my bladder wall and he scraped it off . He told me it was called bladder Metaplasia.
