I applied for assistance through the evenity website. They paid $8000.00 of my deductible/coinsurance. I have BCBS. They won't do that if you have Medicare but they do give some suggestions of places that will help the coverage of the medication.

@lhibdon90 I contacted evenity after I got my denial letter. My house hold income is more than 70,000 so I didn’t qualify. That shot when u Google it says 2,400 to 3,000 a shot. Unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money. They did give me sites to explore but at this time their funds are closed. I’ll keep trying. Thanks for your info.
