As you probably know, Low FODMAP is an elimination diet designed to determine if some types of sugars, (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyol sugars) are food triggers.

What condition (IBS, IBD) are you trying to address?

Elimination diets are usually done while working with a dietician, is that something you are doing?

@susanf8 it was probably more than 10 years ago that I tried this diet, for an IBS related condition that was never really clearly diagnosed. Question of the day, is it OK to take Bino while I’m trying the Low FODMAP diet? Also totally agree that the Mona FODMAP app from my phone is enough to keep me from being totally distressed about what I cannot eat. The serving sizes allow me to practice moderation rather than totally giving up all the foods I love.
