I am 55 -3.6 on DEXA scan. I started evenity January 2026 I had some hip pain with it the first 3 months but it was livable and it's gone now. I'm not going to lie the injection sites are painful for a couple of days in the arms they get red and swollen but again livable. They finally did the injections in my stomach this last time and it was not as bad. I do believe in the long run it will be worth it! Good luck with whatever you decide to do. I hear they are approving some peptides for osteoporosis which I am REALLY looking forward to. I would always rather go the most natural route when feasible.
