Monash University. Purchase their FODMAP app $7.99.
Wealth of knowledge
I also use Claude AI
I agree with csherh's suggestion to purchase the Monash University FODMAP app. They are the one's who developed the diet and the app has a lot of good info. I still use it a lot, even after 10 years, to look at food portions. Some of the "safe" FODMAP portions are too big for me as I have a carbohydrate sensitivity so I also look at the Fast Track Diet food app for carb load on a specific portion. Hope that makes sense!
Hi @kit11, and welcome to Connect!
As you probably know, Low FODMAP is an elimination diet designed to determine if some types of sugars, (Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyol sugars) are food triggers.
Here is a medically reviewed article on using a Low FODMAP diet.

What condition (IBS, IBD) are you trying to address?
Elimination diets are usually done while working with a dietician, is that something you are doing?
You mention that you have tried this diet before, what is different this time?
There are lot of them just on your computer. I just print it out and hang it on my fridge

I found an app in the App Store called FODMAP, I’m sure Android has something similar. Also, there are a good number of foods, condiments on Amazon. Use the search function to find FODMAP friendly items. For example I found marinara sauce, ketchup, garlic infused olive oil, spices, beef sticks, etc.
I learned on my low FODMAP journey that foods that seem safe may not be safe at all. For example, most canned soups, tuna, meat have some sort of forbidden condiment (onion, garlic). You really have to read labels. In restaurants you have to ask that your food be unseasoned (add salt and pepper yourself).
I wish you the best…
