Each year, on the first Sunday in June, we come together to celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day. This is a meaningful occasion dedicated to celebrating cancer survivors.

If you have ever been diagnosed with cancer, you are considered a survivor. This inclusive definition highlights the importance of honoring every individual’s experience and acknowledging the communities that support them along the way.

The Stephen and Barabara Slaggie Family Cancer Education Center is proud to celebrate this day across all Mayo Clinic sites with activities designed to uplift, connect, and inspire.
