I also started HRT, estridoil 0.05 mg and 100 mg progesterone 7 months ago (Oct. 2025). This last bottle of progesterone is different pills, suppose different company. I developed same symptoms as you plus pounding, elevated heart rate, b/p and moderately severe unsteadiness. I actually went to ER twice and had considered one other time. I looked back on my calendar and each one coincides with having put a new patch on that morning. I put a new patch on yesterday morning and now it's been about 3 hrs since I took that off and feel somewhat better. At this point I'm thinking it may be the HRTs.
