@gravity3 yes I am totally into being our own advocate and researching. My spine is -3.0 and hips -2.5. Have been to rheumatologists, Endocrinologists, gynecologist, my general doctor and they all prescribe a different op drug. My dentist, my cardiologist don't believe in any of the op drugs. I fractured my wrist and metatarsal in 2023 and 2025. Some of those drs classify it as an osteo fracture others don't.
Who could understand this?

Oh my gosh! What a maze of recommendations to sort through and make sense of. Thanks for sharing this information. Have you had a chance to just sit with all of this I put and begin to make sense of it with what you already know about your own body?

@lourdita15 I must admit, that in addition to concerns about GI effects, added muscle/back pain— one that concerns me especially is dental problems…as we age, our gums recede, making us quite vulnerable to losing teeth—therefore my concern.
