Left upper lobe of lung, transbronchial biopsy:
Non-small cell carcinoma.
Comment: Immunohistochemistry is performed and the tumor is positive for TTF-, Napsin, CK7 and focal CD56 and negative for
CK5/6 p40 and CK20 the tumor cells have an oncocytic cytomorphology. An adenocarcinoma is favored. All matched controls
are appropriate.
For routine quality assurance, the case is reviewed as an intradepartmental consult with concurrence. I JUST COPIED THIS FROM MY FINAL REPORT

@windywinland79 those tests are used to figure out which kind of cancer you have. it means they think it's most likely lung adenocarcinoma.
