There have been some significant changes in thinking re: hormone replacement since the flawed women's health initiative study is being challenged. Not a doctor nor do I know your medical history. May I ask what your dexa scores are? It is so important to do our own research in order to advocate for our care. Women's health research has received a pittance compared to me s health research. Good luck and there is so much wisdom on this forum.

@gravity3 yes I am totally into being our own advocate and researching. My spine is -3.0 and hips -2.5. Have been to rheumatologists, Endocrinologists, gynecologist, my general doctor and they all prescribe a different op drug. My dentist, my cardiologist don't believe in any of the op drugs. I fractured my wrist and metatarsal in 2023 and 2025. Some of those drs classify it as an osteo fracture others don't.
Who could understand this?
