@mcoplien Are you on just fu-5? I tried oral pills gave me to much pain so doctor wants to try low dose of fu-5 and no other combination.

@valerina30 Did 6 months of 5FU (with oxaliplatin and Iranitecan) in 2023 then has surgery to remove the tumor in the tail of the pancreas in 2/24, at that point Mike was stage I, removed spleen and 26 lymph nodes, good clean borders no sign of cancer.....except the presence of cancer in the nerve cells was positive... risk of recurrence. all scans and labs were good for a year, then CA 19-9 started to creep up... eventually was 4500 in Oct 2025 and recurrent PANcan found in mike's stomach, probably where the pancreas had been touching the stomach. Started Gem / Abrax in November 2025 - was working great until March, then CA 19-9 was back up, now at 11000. Waiting for the expanded approval to come thru. In the meantime Mike is back on 5FU/ ox / Iran... the side effects are rough. Hope he only needs it a couple more times before he can transfer to 6236!

No all 3. 5FU, oxaliplatin and iranatecan.
Yes pain, mouth sores, gut pain. trying to bridge until 6236 is available. cancer is now in the stomach and liver.
