One thing I found is that even though Zepbound does not directly cause menstrual irregularities according to FDA labeling, significant weight loss can cause metabolic and hormonal shifts, which may indirectly affect menstrual cycles in some patients.

Have you considered making an appointment with a gynecologist to discuss the changes in your period?
