@rosema4 yes! I was worried about it due to some of the more severe side effects but I've been on it two years and experience only thirst. It really helps keep my blood glucose in range. You need to drink plenty of water and thus bathroom breaks, and keep good hygiene 🙂 my A1C has. been 5.5 steady for a while. I eat "smart carbs", whole grain, Mediterranean style diet, but can have bread again!
