@npolanco If you really need the extraction, I would consider doing 2 things. First, I would ask the provider to share the evidence for such a position. Frankly it is not something I have ever come across and I have taken Fosomax off and and have had dental issues since 2015. Second, I would find another dentist.
Did the dentist explain any potential consequences that they hope to avoid by having a CTX cutoff number. Have you had a P1NP test result.
