Typically Rheumatologists are the specialists who diagnose this syndrome because it mimics many autoimmune disorders— but is not actually on. But they need to be ruled out.As far as a doc to help maintain, I found osteopaths are very good. (D.O.) I would ABSOLUTELY never take Cymbalta and Lyrica! They are poison and will case brain damage. Memory loss and brain fog. Also it’s extremely dangerous to get off these drugs safely. Now I take Tramadol and Prozac. You also need counseling therapy. Gentle exercise like yoga or Tai Chi is instrumental

@fmcfs I'm trying to get off Lyrica right now and it's a nightmare. I never knew it was so hard to get off of. And I gained 30lbs on it. It's a nightmare
