I also always think of Dave Grohl, Kurt Cobain, Pat Smear, when I hear the word Nirvana. No irony lost on Kurt Cobain, RIP. I don't really know what the right path is, but I know what it is not (I think, anyway). I figure you are familiar with Eckhart Tolle. I find so much peace in his words. He has a You Tube channel as well and I love listening to the answers to people's difficult questions.
