@chippydoo US; as northoftheborder mentioned these pharmacies just do international business so they do not upset the Canadian authorities. The ones that also do local Canada dispensing do it from different Canadian only sites. Can also get drugs like Xtandi (generic & brand), Erleada, and Nubeqa much lower than a cash US price. However, most have insurance cover this and with the new out of pocket limit for medicare not as much need to order overseas.
