Every day I try to cultivate hope, acceptance, and gratitude, while still acknowledging the terrible hardship and suffering ... but without staring at it or mourning my past self, and avoiding obsessive, time consuming and generally fruitless research and answers into something not at all well-understood. I get derailed very quickly, so for me its a day by day effort.♥️
