Does this vitamin help with blood pressure? I take 3 different blood pressure medicines to control hypertension. I would like to get off of these and go to a more natural process.

@tjh60 I just am wondering why you need three different meds for B/P control; is your blood pressure really that high or unmanageable? Do you have other conditions that would contribute to high readings? Do you take your blood pressure at home regularly--like once or twice a day at the same time daily and record the readings to show your physician? Have you seen the video on YouTube on how to correctly take your blood pressure (and how often it is not taken correctly in the doctor's office!). My husband was on three different meds too when he got a new cardiologist who was going to "strengthen" his heart since he had a history of a heart attack (38 years earlier!) and the meds made his heart rate so slow that when I asked him to check if this bradycardia was okay, the doctor stated that if it became a problem then he could consider a PACEMAKER! So I did research, found the culprit med--metoprolol--and I told him to stop taking it after notifying the doctor that I thought this was not helping the situation. He now take ONE med--amlodipine--and his blood pressure is consistently nomal (112/70 with a pulse of 60, today for example) and he is a regular gym participant and he is 80 years old. I sincerely hope you will ask questions, do some research and decide if you truly need all those meds. Not only are they costly, but all meds are inherently responsible for side effects and interactions that many people don't realize. I wish you good luck and I hope you can find other ways to control blood pressure--watching salt intake, exercise, weight control and milder forms of meds that put you at less risk. Even learning to take your blood pressure accurately can make a big difference. Just saying! 🙂
