@nla4625 - I am also having a heck of a time with floaters and haze after my surgery. It’s been 6 weeks now. It was driving me so crazy that I even went through YAG laser treatment. They are less pronounced now but they’re still there along with the haze. When I focus, they come right in my center line of vision. I have already postponed my second eye surgery because I want the first to clear up. I’m now schedule for my second eye on 6/4/26 and I’m scared to death. If my second one turns out like the first, I may have to jump off a bridge! It causes me so much eye strain and anxiety. Doctor is extremely reputable and the facility is highly recommended. He said everything looks perfect and to try to be patient. I would like to add that my vision itself is perfect (20/25) and only need readers for very fine print. Not at all blaming my doctor but now I don’t know if I should once again postpone my second surgery.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

@lizzerzwait for the second surgery maybe get another opinion too

@lizzerzerd
I did both cataracts - distance, readers for reading.
I have had floaters for years. Try to look beyond them, and I’ve learned to ignore them. If bothersome, look up then down and they float to the bottom for a while. But I haven’t had foggy. A friend received a quick yag procedure to get rid of her haze.
