Now 78, five years ago had a Holep . Best thing for my health I ever did. After 30 years of dealing with BPH don't even think about prostate problems. Might want to consider.

Had PAE , it is working. Had it September of 2025. Had Turp 4 years ago. Didn't last long, maybe close to 3 years. PAE would be my choice today.
