I am 5 years out and will be having surgery to figure out why all the fluid in my joint, of which has been aspirated once. There remains fluid, and this restricts my movements. Xray shows possiblility of the plate on my knee cap is lifting? When radiated the knee cap has a very high uptake, nothing else shows. Like that you find a knee brace helpful, can you be more specifics to what type or brand etc?
