Hello,
In December 2024, I had both a D& C and hysteroscopy using the Myosure system, and I found it very pain free with little recovery time. I just had to watch what I did for a little bit, because I overdid it on day 4 and had some heavy bleeding again. I felt reassured, though, that both methods were being used. I was diagnosed with grade 3 endometrial adenocarcinoma, and once the diagnosis came in, treatment could really start rolling quickly.

@dlgbb I didn't know about the Myosure system so I looked it up. I had a D&C with hysteroscopy with my local gynecologist at the time (2019). The method for a uterine biopsy is something to talk with one's medical provider about. Considering your diagnosis and mine (endometrial adenocarcinoma, Grade 1) it's possible that the Myosure procedure would have resulted in enough tissue sample for pathology to make my diagnosis.

Anyway, for anyone wondering about Myosure this is what I found. It's the description of the procedure by Hologic, the company that sells the product. So, in that sense, please be aware that this description is for financial gain (biased). However, I did find a few peer reviewed articles on the utility of Myosure.
