@blm1007blm1007 Don't you think you would loose the benefit of inhaling the salt particles if you are wearing a mask?
Also, I talked to my pulmonologist, and her take was, "It probably can't hurt, but there is not way to measure the amount of salt, nor how deep it gets into your lungs. Saline nebs are more predictable."

@sueinmn Yup ......you sure would lose the benefit of the salt therapy room if you were wearing a mask. Wow .......was my thinking cap not on! I wear the mask so often in public, but it wouldn't benefit in a salt therapy room for sure.
Nebulizing the saline is very important for me....
