I have a Part D plan and last refill of PreGabalin 75mg 3X per day was about $150. Is that one of the meds available directly from Medicare and not a supplement or Advantage plan? I don't think so, at least using Dr Google.
If you tolerate PreGabalin at lower doses you might tolerate it at higher doses. Except for ED it seems ok for me. No weight gain, but there is tiredness and balance issues which may be due to it.

Hi!
I don’t know about PartD. I have straight Medicare, and bought a prescription plan from AARP for about $800 per year. My co-pay for 600 mgs is about $60 per month, possibly less. I’ve had a lot of meds this past year, e.g. Klonopin (co pay $4, and several antibiotics for about a $3 co-pay.
I hope this helps!
All the best, paula

@bajjerfan - I have Part D but needed to arrange for the prescribing doctor to verify preauthorization. The way it works for me at least (I live in CA) is the pharmacy gets a new rx from the Dr. When they are ready to refill it, they will send some kind of preauth ‘thing’ to my Dr.?He sees it and verifies it. After that I only pay $3.00 or so instead of $600.
I don’t know if it is the same in other states.
