@vostie have you had any other symptoms from LDN. My insomnia was bad before LDN due to severe migraine and occipital nerve pain, so even with vivid dreams I’m not sleeping worse. But I find the morning to midday (take LDN at night) nausea and dizziness really bad most days. I’m only 2.5 months into and doctor’s still slowly increasing dosage.

@onpainsufferer after about two weeks, I moved my LDN from evening to morning and that stopped the insomnia. Some people in the long Covid support group have had more side effects than I have. I never had nausea or dizziness with LDN. Some people notice the effect of the opioid receptor opening 2 to 4 hours after they take LDN and they tell me they feel it as anxiety. But that shouldn’t be causing side effects in the morning if you’re taking it in the evening.
