@rozie83 I agree with others the Zio 14 day monitor should work for you as it sticks directly to your skin. I also agree that if the 14 day monitor confirms AFib (mine did not) you might consider ablation. I was told ablation works best when done early, on a healthy heart. So there is an overall picture to consider, like all things. A echocardiogram should provide your cardiologist the information they need, along with the 14 day monitor, to make that assessment. If it were me, I would get multiple opinions. I have been surprised by the varying approaches between different cardiologists. Good luck!
