Welcome to the club nobody wants to join, susi1950!
We are all different, but it is possible that your fatigue, headaches, dizziness, tingling feet and brain fog are "gifts" of ET itself. Having too many platelets impedes blood circulation, especially in our head and extremities.
I hope that for you, as HU brings down your platelet count, it will relieve these symptoms. That was my experience.
Constipation you can attribute to HU!
Drinking lots of water and staying as active as possible keep your heart pumping and your blood flowing! After your years on the tennis court, you must have great cardiovascular health! That gives you a real advantage .
Did your oncologist also suggest a daily low-dose aspirin?
