I have mentioned before on here that I am no fan of Seroquel. I was on it for 10 to 15 years and it worked in the beginning but it made me depressed in the morning and lethargic during the day. I was on 100 mg a night. I've tried to get off it for the last eight to nine years but failed because I could not sleep and could not handle not sleeping. Finally in the last 2 months I've weaned myself from a hundred to zero. I am only sleeping maybe 4 hours a night. BC my nervous system is saying where is the Seroquel because it's suppresses your nervous system. So my nervous system is very high it could take a couple of weeks to months to calm down. Just a warning about Seroquel. It works but try not to take it for too long.

@synthiame I take 50 mg and lately I have been cutting it in 1/2, so I guess I am okay. No side effects for me.
