@dragonflylady If you don't like the taste of tonic water then mix it with some juice, orange, cranberry or any other you like. It is worth it not to take drugs that contribute to dementia. Good luck!

@suzianne thank you for the tip. I didn’t think about doing that or really didn’t know you could. Don’t know much about tonic water but will definitely try again.
