thank you so much for this information. I have contacted the international appt number last week, my major issue right now are the costs, I have asked for an estimation but I have not obtained a clear answer. If you know of any way to obtain this information would be extremely useful. I can't move forward with this until I have a better idea about the cost. They do not have health insurance so will have ot pay out of pocket.
