It has been 6 smonths since my reversal & thinks we're going fine. Now for the last 3 days , I haven't had a decent bowel movement, lots of gas and of course hemmroids. I was in Ireland for the past month & came home 4 days prior to this problem. I can't figure it out

Do you think it could be what your eating? After 2 months post op I started having a complete bowel movements hardly any cleaning. I was so excited bit it only lasted two days. I'm not as bad s I used to be but am kind discouraged so I'm wandering if it is what I'm eating
