@jgmmsw after one year of of Evenity and improvement in my DEXA scan he’s recommending Reclast. To me the biggest benefit of that is that I might not need it every year depending on my bone markers one can even go three years before the next infusion.

@jgmmsw Well, one CAN go off Prolia, but not cold Turkey. You have to transition to a bisphosphonate. I personally don't want to take Prolia either, but I felt I should clarify this point.
