My understanding from my daughter who has used Motillium for years is that Reglan causes the more serious side effects and they can be permanent. Not all docs will prescribe Motillium tho.
Bottom line is people need to learn what works for them as there is no one thing that fits all.

You are right. Not everyone can take same medications.
I probably would have tried Motillium if I didn’t already have a heart condition. That’s why Reglan was suggested.
