Anyone had minimally invasive ligament decompression (MILD) treatment?

@mizm - I'm tagging a few Mayo Clinic Connect members who've talked about having the MILD procedure so they can let you know if it was worth it and if they would do it again.

Are you seriously considering this procedure, mizm? Has your surgeon recommended this?

The MILD procedure did not relieve my back pain. Prior to TLIF surgery in November of 2024 the following were done:
7 epidurals
Radio Frequency Ablation
Trigger Point Injection
PT
Various pain medications
I was reluctant to have back surgery but after trying all of the above with no success, Dr. Argun Sebastian operated. The surgery was very successful and I have zero back pain.
