I posted this back in 2024. Things have changed a lot for me since then. In early 2025, I stared taking LDN low-dose naltrexone. I did a slow taper up to the maintenance dose of 4.5mg/day. A couple months after that I noticed improvement in my body pain. The improvement slowly continued so now I am pain free, except for pain from my osteoarthritis. My sleep also slowly got better and now I sleep very well. I highly recommend LDN for anyone suffering from fibromyalgia. I've posted previously in this support group about my positive experience with LDN.

@daisy17 I'm currently on Suboxone but am thinking about trying to get off it so I can try LDN. I also have psoriatic Arthritis and a variety of other conditions.
