Everyone is different yet most urologists, like mine, have only one plan and that is to keep prescribing the body damaging ADT. Duke is working hard to use AI to determine who might really benefit from ADT. ADT causes so much unseen damage to the cardio system and bones that goes mostly unreported as it may scare men away from ADT treatment.
