I have never heard of the Breather and wonder why doctors haven’t recommended it more. I hesitate to add another step to my breathing routine but would love some more help with my shortness of breath. Has anyone seen improvement for SOB after using the Breather?

@maryjanechilds I too hesitate to add anything more to my routine - and would not do it before I consulted my pulmonology team. After reading about it, I am not convinced that it would be an improvement over using the Aerobika and exercising.
