So far it looks that you covered most things and doing great (*knock the wood). May I just suggest adding some "bunny jumps" or rope jumping or "step aerobic", or portable trampoline - any movement that gives bones some "bumping impact". I read that only that kind of exercise actually builds bone back. Since ADT can cause about 3% of bone loss in just 6 mos., I think it would be beneficial to do it.
