Another one here speaking out in favor of the pump. I was instructed to do as described above; pump (slowly!) out just to where it barely starts to feel uncomfortable, hold it for two minutes, then release it and wait 30 seconds, then repeat for five erections. Takes about 15 minutes total.

I’ve lost absolutely zero length (or girth), which I put down to the skill of the surgeon and the use of the pump.

@turtbean Sounds like a need to do more pumping! ! Some length/girth loss flaccid...but I'm very early in this process. How long since your surgery?

Good to hear! I also haven't lost anything. I do pump, but even before I started that, I didn't notice any loss. My wife didn't either. I do have a dimple just above my penis. Three months out I can get half staff on my own and have satisfactory orgasms. I would have preferred never to have had cancer, but since I did, I'm pretty happy so far with the results.
