Has anyone experienced low iron as side effect from Evenity.

I have Neutropenia, chronic anemia and low white blood count. Bone marrow biopsy showed abnormal red blood cells. Query of MDS. I understand that Evenity blocks Sclerostin? and because red blood cells carry iron, it can cause low iron. Has anyone using or have used Evenity experienced this?

I should have added that I am 68 with severe osteoporosis . Have done Forteo and Evenity has been recommended next.
