Hello! I am also in Florida! In the Tampa area. I moved here from NH 8 years ago due to my fibro. I wasn't diagnosed until 15 years ago, but I have had it most of my life, I am 45 now. I actually just started a support group for those of us in Florida that are fighting fibro. I would like to expand it into an organization once I get enough support. I only got serious about managing my fibro a couple of years ago. I have tried all kinds of crazy things. I take some supplements, do light yoga, meditate, and stay as active as possible. I decided to take a Mind, Body, and Spirit approach to my wellness journey. Lots of therapy, shadow work, self compassion, pacing, and such. I also get chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, regular massages, and myofascial release.

I have about 10 books on Fibromyalgia. I also listen to fibro podcasts and do a lot of research. I think learning is key.
